Renowned French chef Yannick Alléno brings his French Bistro, Terroir Parisien, to Asia for the first time, the restaurant will have its soft opening in August. Be prepared to savour signature dishes including Parisian Mushroom stuffed with Snails and hearty Lamb Stew & Spring Vegetables in a Casserole, and experience a convivial and authentic taste of Parisian culture at LANDMARK. Sample the stunning selection of new dishes at L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon, highlights include a summery beetroot and apple salad with avocado, served with green mustard sorbet. Alternatively, explore enticing contemporary French fine dining from the kitchen of Amber. Here, Culinary Director Richard Ekkebus pours passion and expertise into the pickled rose petal & green strawberry salad, served with solidified basil extra virgin olive oil, stracciatella di bufala, lime, watermelon and tomato water. For aficionados of Asian cuisine, Zuma, the restaurant famed for putting a sophisticated new twist on traditional Japanese izakaya-style informal dining, has introduced a delectable new summer menu including Naruo beef tataki. The beef is served with winter Tasmanian black truffle, an umami delight for the taste buds. A fresh, summery take on Chinese cuisine is found at China Tang. Chef Albert Au Kwok Keung has received international recognition and awards for his Beijing, Sichuan and Cantonese dishes using the highest quality seasonal ingredients. The Chef’s wok-fried Shrimp, made with wild rice stem and seasonal lychee complemented with XO chili sauce, is an evocative taste of summer.
