To celebrate this festive season, LANDMARK’s array of internationally acclaimed chefs have explored their inner creativity and imagination to unveil heartwarming festive menus to please every palate. Appreciating that no Christmas celebration is complete without a sumptuous meal, restaurants at LANDMARK will each present a host of meticulously curated dishes and cocktails designed to enhance the diner’s Christmas cheer.
At Amber, nominated as one of the World’s top 50 restaurants and holding two Michelin stars, culinary director Richard Ekkebus serves up Kristal Schränkt Caviar and his take on bresse poularde. On Christmas Day and Christmas Eve, the grand dining room of Amber embraces the spirit of the season with exquisite 5-course lunch and 8-course dinner menus, both with the option of wine pairing.
Showcasing white truffles from Alba; regarded as “the Grand Duke of Truffles”, Zuma throws the limelight on this sought-after delicacy. Every mouthful is a celebration of pure luxury; Zuma combines uni, foie gras, caviar and thinly sliced white truffle on tapioca crackers. Alternatively, for a taste of the freshness of the sea, sample the sliced seabass with yuzu, white truffle and salmon roe. And let the culmination of your Christmas feast be a fine Japanese dessert baked by pastry chef, Eddy Lee.
Aligning with Zuma’s truffle-influenced menu, bar development manager, Arkadiusz Rybak has crafteda ravishing new cocktail, “Ramos Gin Fizz”; a blend of Tanqueray gin, cream, Hokkaido soft cheese, coconut, yuzu, truffle infused egg whites and soda water, sophisticatedly garnished with gold yuzu dust.
Voted by BUPA Global in 2017 as one of the world’s healthiest restaurants, SEVVA conducts a symphony of delicacies at the table, with white truffles, caviar and white asparagus. An extravagant 5- course dinner set menu is expertly curated by SEVVA’s owner and founder, the visionary ‘Queen of Confectionary’, Bonnae Gokson.
For the health conscious, Christmas can be sweetened guilt-free with an extravaganza of celebratory cakes and cupcakes from The Cakery. Festive flavours include the Classic Yule Log and the gluten, dairy and egg-free Black Forest Naked cake; both of which are available in two sizes. Alternatively, sample the smaller festive cakes such as Salted Caramel Frosting Gingerbread cupcake or German Chocolate cupcake, which will whet your appetite to further explore the festive flavours of the cupcake collection.
This Christmas, Executive Chef Marco Todini at Grappa’s Cellar presents Tiramisu alle castagne, a specially designed dessert infused with chestnut cream, home-made according to a traditional recipe that will add a touch of indulgence to the festive season.
At the vanguard of serving punchy and aromatic Central Thai cuisine, Mak Mak shakes up seasonal cocktails, “The Mistletoe” and “The Little Drummer”. Each one delivers a taste of Thailand’s freshest produce all in one glass for a Christmas with an added exotic hint.
