Delivering an elevated online shopping experience
Hong Kong, 27th May 2020 – LANDMARK today launched Hong Kong’s first mall-based ‘e-chat shopping’ service, offering a luxury e-shopping experience on its LANDMARK mobile app.
LANDMARK’s new e-retail technology represents an innovative step for the city’s luxury retail sector and has been developed to further enhance its mobile Style Concierge service, an online shopping concierge that enables customers using the LANDMARK App to select, reserve or purchase their favourite items.
The unique service delivers a ‘live-chat’ function via WhatsApp, enabling direct ‘one-on-one’ communication with in-store sales associates, providing customers with fashion advice, trend tips and assistance to elevate their online shopping experience. LANDMARK customers can browse, select and purchase over 500 items of this season’s must-haves, from over 48 LANDMARK luxury fashion and lifestyle stores.

With luxury shopping just a click away, orders and payments can be made directly online, with purchases available for collection in-store, or delivered direct to shoppers’ homes or choice of destination in Hong Kong within 48 hours.
Participating LANDMARK fashion and lifestyle retailers include luxury fashion houses FENDI, Bottega Veneta and Tory Burch; prestigious jewellery & watch brands, including, Chopard and De Beers; and bespoke shoe labels, including Roger Vivier, R. Sanderson, and, with more prestigious brands to come.
During the launch promotional period, from 26th May 2020 to 30th June 2020, BESPOKE members will enjoy a 5% rebate after each successful transaction via the LANDMARK app Style Concierge service. The e-gift certificates, up to a value of HKS50,000, will be credited and redeemable from their e-wallet by 9th July 2020.
