Making Christmas all the merrier this year, LANDMARK celebrates the joy of giving with three charity partners, empowered by Hongkong Land HOME FUND
Hong Kong, 18th November 2021 – With the most wonderful time of the year now in full swing and Santa’s impending arrival to the city, LANDMARK is sharing joy with a family of toy friends alongside the Christmas Joy House this year.
Take an Extraordinary Journey Down Memory Lane Inside the Christmas Joy House
To transform LANDMARK ATRIUM into a spectacular Christmas party, Teddy Paws and Dinoshaun along with their newly arrived friends have been working collectively and helping each other out with the festive decorations in the homelike Christmas Joy House.
Visitors of LANDMARK will be greeted by a soaring 28-metre long Christmas train that represents a journey through time – with 11 train carts from classic to futuristic – and 15 Pink Bobos taking a joy ride on the train across the ceiling. They will also run into a 3.3-metre high Teddy Paws in the giant bedroom and 2.2-metre high Dinoshaun in the living room, who are busy decorating the house for a perfect Christmas home party. As part of the home-tour, visitors can take a photo with cuddly Teddy Paws on his giant bed and then slide down the never-seen-before Slinky Slide in the bedroom to discover the magic inside.
Play and Interact with our Toy Friends through Immersive Experiences
As part of the festive activities with our Toy Friends, from now until 2nd January 2022, families and friends can enjoy 4 immersive experiences at LANDMARK.
Party at the Christmas Joy House with our Toy Friends and take up Christmas missions from the Dinoshaun Challenge. Join Merry Fairy to place the star on the Christmas tree with the VR challenge, Star Dash. Make some memories and take photos with Coco and her friends at Just Pose!, the doll box photobooth. Help Dinoshaun to collect as many baubles in under a minute with the interactive game, Bauble Rush to save Christmas.
This Season, Give Back to the Community with New Initiatives to Celebrate the First Year Anniversary of HOME FUND
This year November also marks the first year anniversary of Hongkong Land HOME FUND (“HOME FUND”), which was launched with an initial commitment of HK$100 million, to support youths in unleashing their potential and improve the standard of living and the social upward mobility of low-income households. Aligning with HOME FUND’s vision to support the Hong Kong community, LANDMARK has partnered with three charitable organisations this year – the Hong Kong Council of Social Service, a 23-year collaborator of Hongkong Land – Make-A-Wish Hong Kong and Mind HK. LANDMARK is offering plushies, ornaments, stickers, and customised phone cases in partnership with CASETiFY, for visitors to gift as a special Christmas treat. All proceeds from the merchandise, charity booth, as well as the sale of stage and digital experiences, will be donated to the designated benevolent charity partners. Furthering the message of giving back this season, BESPOKE members can also convert their BESPOKE Reward Points into dollars, which they can then choose to donate to one of the mall’s three charity partners; as part of the HOME FUND initiative, Hongkong Land will also match this donation from BESPOKE members.
Delight in Exclusive Dining Delicacies
The magic of the season comes served on a plate at LANDMARK, as the incredible restaurants have come together to offer specially curated menus inspired by the toy friends just for the holiday season. Sink your teeth into the exclusive tea sets at CAFÉ LANDMARK and LE SALON DE THÉ de Joël Robuchon, while you can also enjoy sweet shaped desserts from L’ATELIER de Joël Robuchon. Revel in the sweetness of the season with a buffet of special and festive dining experiences. Coffee aficionados can sip on the limited seasonal flavours with toy friends at Rise by Classified and NODI; while cocktail lovers can toast to the festive spirit at Dr. Fern’s Gin Parlour, Mak Mak and Wood Ear.
