The inaugural celebration of fine gastronomy features collaborations between LANDMARK’s finest restaurants and an unprecedented line-up of world-class, award-winning restaurants
Hong Kong, 27th September 2023 — This October, LANDMARK presents the first Tasting Mastery Season, hosted in partnership with Centurion from American Express. As a leading destination that brings together an outstanding range of fine-dining options in Hong Kong, LANDMARK is home to 14+1 Michelin Stars and award-winning cocktail bars.
The two-month-long celebration from 9th October to 30th November will showcase a series of special limited collaborations between acclaimed restaurants at LANDMARK and world renowned international guest chefs.

Tasting Mastery Series One: Gourmet Gala
Tasting Mastery Season begins with Gourmet Gala, a covetable line-up of three limited dinner collaborations where reputed LANDMARK restaurants are paired with world-renowned overseas dining establishments and guest chefs for a special culinary experience.
1. Amber x SingleThread Farms
Amber at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, recognised with 2 Michelin Stars and 1 Michelin Green Star, is joined by celebrated Northern Californian restaurant, SingleThread Farms, recipient of 3 Michelin Stars, 1 Michelin Green Star, The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2022, and One to Watch Award 2018, for an unparalleled fine-dining experience. Skilfully blending restaurant signatures of Amber’s Culinary Director Richard Ekkebus with iconic dishes of SingleThread Farms’ Chef-Patron Kyle Connaughton, the Japanese-inspired menu features organic vegetables and sustainably sourced seafood in beautifully presented dishes.
The exclusive four-hands collaboration will run from 9th to 11th October 2023 and is priced at HK$4,398 per person + 10% service charge, inclusive of a welcome beverage of Dom Perignon Rose Champagne. Beverage pairing is available from HK$1,988 to HK$2,888 per person.

2. Man Wah x Jiang by Chef Fei
Two Mandarin Oriental Cantonese master chefs will join hands to craft a one-of-a-kind celebration of traditional Cantonese gastronomy. Chef Wong Wing-Keung of Mandarin Oriental’s 1-Michelin-Star Man Wah and Chef Fei of Mandarin Oriental Guangzhou’s 2-Michelin-Star Jiang by Chef Fei will bring together the best of Cantonese cuisine where seasonality and the best ingredients reign supreme.
This unique, limited-nights culinary showcase will take place on 27th October 2023, and is priced at HK$2,388 per person + 10% service charge. Beverage pairing is available from HK$788 to HK$1,963 per person.

3. Troisgros at Ami
For the first time, Troisgros Restaurant from Lyon, France, world-renowned for retaining its prestigious 3-Michelin-Star recognition for 55 years, lands in Hong Kong. Part of the Troisgros family’s 4th generation, brother-and-chef team César and Léo Troisgros will debut at Ami and team up with Executive Chef Nicolas Boutin, an alum of Troisgros himself, to form a special menu for an exclusive evening on 30th October 2023
The limited-time gourmet menu is priced at HK$6,888 per person + 10% service charge. Wine pairing is available at HK$1,500 per person.

Tasting Mastery Series Two: Sensory Surprises
Leading restaurants at LANDMARK, including Ami, China Tang, and Grand Majestic Sichuan and more, will create exclusive menus featuring seasonal ingredients to delight every gourmand. Diners will receive limited-edition crockery plates designed by renowned contemporary artists for double the surprise.
