LANDMARK’s Beauty and Wellness Concept on 3/F LANDMARK ATRIUM is introducing a series of ‘Art of Sleep’ events this August to ensure that men and women are getting the rest and relaxation they crave.
The campaign, which is part of LANDMARK’s overarching brand campaign ‘A Year of Something New’, empowers people to care for their well-being by ensuring they get enough sleep to start the next day restored and refreshed. Sleep is as important as food and water to a person’s health, and a series of workshops, aimed at boosting one’s performance, mood and overall wellness, are available every Thursday from 2nd to 23rd August at LANDMARK’s Beauty and Wellness Concept. During the period, special offers are also available at selected brands.
This August, LANDMARK is offering complimentary educational and fun workshops that will inspire men and women to prioritise their sleep. Participating brands include: SHEER, SMILE INC. ® DENTAL SURGEONS, The Artistry, The Cakery, Verde Organic and more. Some highlights include learning about dreamy loungewear trends and sleep-friendly outfits from SHEER, a demonstration of cutting-edge technological sleep advances including eye masks and light therapy glasses that can help combat jetlag and other sleep disruptions from The Artistry, while a future without sleep interruptions caused by teeth grinding could be yours following a talk at SMILE INC. ® DENTAL SURGEONS on bruxism and its management. The relationship between diet and sleep will also be explored during talks at Verde Organic and The Cakery.
Every participant who takes part in one of the fascinating workshops will receive a HK$100 LANDMARK gift certificate to spend at the LANDMARK Beauty and Wellness Concept.
