LANDMARK Re-Ignites Hong Kong’s Fashion Scene Hosting City’s First VOGUE Fashion’s Night Out

LANDMARK RE-IGNITES HONG KONG’S FASHION SCENE HOSTING CITY’S FIRST VOGUE FASHION’S NIGHT OUT

An international showcase of fashion and style

Hong Kong, 14th March 2023 – Bringing international fashion glamour and glitz back to post-Covid Hong Kong, LANDMARK recharged and revitalised the city’s status as Asia’s trend-setting fashion centre as it co-hosted the highly-anticipated VOGUE Fashion’s Night Out (VFNO) on 14th March.

VFNO1

As one of the first major fashion events in Asia post-Covid, the special collaboration between VOGUE Hong Kong and LANDMARK welcomed the city’s fashionistas and trend-setters to a celebratory evening of sophistication and style featuring a glamorous international fashion “block party” with over 40 top luxury brands at the LANDMARK Atrium. Over thousands specially invited guests socialised and revelled in a night of luxurious retail therapy.

World-Acclaimed Annual Celebration of International Fashion

Since its inception, VFNO has been embraced by worldwide audiences from Tokyo, Madrid, Sydney and Miami, amongst many other international fashion centres, engaging and connecting brands from the world of high fashion directly to fashion followers, trend-conscious consumers and fans.

As Hong Kong’s premier luxury retail destination, LANDMARK is recognised for curating many of the city’s prestigious social occasions. The exclusive VFNO was no exception as it marked a celebration of fashion featuring a discerning mix of attractions, pop-up experiences, and live performances. The evening featured prominent international fashion brands presenting their special showcase collections for guests to discover the latest trends, all stylishly set within a unique digital and video augmented environment, created by acclaimed London-based media artist Maximo Recio.

Hong Kong’s Elite Personalities and Headline Guests in Attendance

Officiating guest international supermodel Coco Rocha (@cocorocha) took centre stage alongside elite celebrities including Hong Kong actress Louise Wong (@l_for_louise) and singer Joey Yung (@yungchoyee), who have both featured as cover stars of VOGUE Hong Kong. Coco has shot over 20 VOGUE covers and was honoured as one of the top 30 models of the decade by VOGUE France. She has also established the US-based Coco Rocha Model Camp, providing inspiration to the next generation of models.

LANDMARK ‘One-Night Only’ Centre Stage, with Performances by Jeon Somi and MC Cheung

The Atrium became the focal point of the evening with an installation conceptualised by the London design firm Studio Boum, consisting of a giant digital screen resembling a VOGUE magazine and a video art piece created by Maximo Recio. Serving as a stunning stage, the installation was the backdrop to special musical performances by Korean singer Jeon Somi (@somsomi0309), and Cantopop sensation MC Cheung (@mcheung1201), who performed a showcase of his popular hits.

VIP guests also enjoyed the thrilling entertainment showcase experience from a special VFNO CAFÉ pop-up, offering champagne and refreshments within the chic café-style space. In addition, a pop-up bar was set up by Whispering Angel in the Atrium serving their chilled rose wine by the mini-bottle.
